From venue selection to audio systems, city permits to insurance, our staff will organize everything in a timely manner so that you stay within budget and are still free to enjoy your event.
Site Selection and Inspection
Using our experience and relationships, Eventive will negotiate the best deal for your organization. We do not add anything on top of the hotel fees nor do we take a percentage of their fees. Because we do a number of events at the same properties or group of properties we can usually get better rates.
Rentals
